No need to get into conspiracy theories. There is no boss or syndicate. It's the girl's decision. The clubs have zero interest in a price increase for the girls, there's plenty of girls who want to work in the clubs, higher price could lead to less male visitors which leads to less money for the club. It's your decision to not mention girls who charge 50EUR for DFK and a good session. Reports without names are useless though. I would prefer if you mention the girl and describe the session/service without getting into too much detail regarding price.
