If she had really lived in New York for 15 years, she would have a strong American accent when speaking English. However this is not the case. More of a far East European accent of some sort. Her English is very good however. Its possible that her parents are from different countries, and maybe one of them is Russian. Maybe not.

Alexa at Oase is half Thai and half Romanian but cannot speak Thai at all.
