Hallo,
könnte man so doch leicht einige Spaßbereiche dichtmachen

SAFETY systems in older buildings in Bangkok will come under closer scrutiny to ensure they are ready to cope with emergencies.
The Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT) and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) plan an overhaul of control laws covering buildings in the city constructed before 2007.
They want to ensure their safety systems can handle emergencies, an informed source said yesterday.
The BMA Department of Public Works will also inspect 11,300 buildings for structural stability, safety systems and equipment availability, safety equipment performance and each building's safety management system, the source said.
Officials will also check whether building floors were built according to approved plans.
A source at the EIT said officials from the institute checked Major Cineplex Pinklao after a fire there last Thursday. The right wing of the building (with theatres one to eight) was built in 1979, while the left wing (with theatres nine to 13) was built in 2005.
The fire was found to have started at a light sign, which allegedly had a short-circuit, in front of theatre seven.
A source at City Hall said an inspection by the BMA Department of Public Works, EIT and other officials found the first to third floors were in good condition but the fourth floor was damaged.
The building will remain closed until additional checks are done and it is deemed safe for use. Bang Phlad district officials have asked for the owner of the complex to stop using the building and assess the damage.
They have also filed a request to demolish the damaged part of the fourth floor, the source said, which would require a permit.
